Lesson 2: Holding and tuning
A good playing posture and a guitar that's always in tune.
How to hold your guitar
Sit up straight on a chair with the guitar against your body. The neck points slightly upward. Your strumming hand rests relaxed above the soundhole (or pickups), your other hand wraps around the neck with your thumb behind it.
Most important of all: relax. Tense shoulders and clenched fingers make playing harder. Any finger that isn't playing can just hang loose.
