Set one small goal
Try a few short sessions each week. Tune up, play a chord you know, work on one tricky change, then finish with music you enjoy. Choose a measurable next step, such as two clean chord changes in a row.
Make room for rest
New fingertips and busy minds need breaks. If your hands tense up or you repeat the same mistake, pause and return at a slower tempo. Never push through sharp pain.
Do I have to practise every day?
No. A regular, manageable routine is more useful than an ambitious schedule you cannot maintain.
